As winter continues and demand for shelter remains high, the Rescue Mission of Roanoke is experiencing critical staffing needs in our emergency shelters. These roles are essential to providing safety, stability, and compassionate care for men, women, and children seeking refuge during some of the most vulnerable moments of their lives.
Immediate openings include:
- Men’s Emergency Shelter Supervisor (Full-Time & Part-Time)
- Emergency Shelter Manager – Men’s Shelter
- Shelter Reset Coordinator
- Women & Children’s Emergency Shelter Supervisor (Full-Time & Part-Time)
These positions are more than jobs — they are callings. Each team member serves on the front lines of ministry, building relationships, offering encouragement, and extending the hope of Jesus through daily presence, consistency, and care.
