Mission Blitz: BluefieldHave you wanted to join us in Bluefield at the Wade Center but can't commit to a whole week? Are you looking for a way to serve a community we partner with? Do you want to get out of the house for a day?
All of these and more are reasons to join us Saturday, April 12th for a one day trip to Bluefield. We will be partnering with other churches in work that day with our larger partner Bridges for Hope and completing projects at the Wade Center and beyond.
The trip is open to anyone 6th grade and up (ask Melissa K about possible exceptions/younger siblings), and the cost is only $20. Register by April 6th with Melissa K. |

Puerto Rico 2025Some background: When Grandin Court first went to Puerto Rico in 2019 we had a lot of conversation with Pastor Jesus – Iglesia Bautiste de Metropolis’s then pastor - about how we loved what they were doing and how they hosted so many teams and had so many community partners and we were willing to support THEM (the church) as they continued to support their community and all of Puerto Rico. We quickly began talking to everyone about the possibilities with this partnership, and by February of 2020 we had 40 people signed up to head back to PR to do various work around Metropolis and for the church. We all know what happened the next month… |
