Dear Church Member,

We are writing this letter to continue to ask for your prayers for our church and to update everyone on the status of the Ministry Activities Center ( MAC ). This letter along with future updates will also be placed on our church website in an effort to provide you with current information regarding our progress.

What has been accomplished since the last update – January 12, 2006

• Balzer & Associates completed the storm water retention study and worked with the Building and Grounds Committee with recommendations to prevent water run-off problems in our existing church structure.

• The MAC Committee and Building and Grounds Committee worked with City Council to correct the new zoning designations for each parcel of our church property.

• Balzer & Associates and R. L. Price completed and presented the site plans with cost estimates for the MAC facility.

• MAC Committee has worked with staff, Finance Committee, Deacons and Church Council to make a motion May 7^th to the church for approval for a second capital campaign.

We continue to see constant growth in all our ministries and church membership.  The Ministry Activities Center is our vision to expand our ministries in the community and in the world.  Please continue to pray for this project and for a successful second capital campaign.
